The Medias Klinikum in Burghausen (Bavaria) is a private clinic specializing in surgical oncology and regional chemotherapy (RCT) led by Prof. Dr. med. Karl Reinhard Aigner, who has 40 years of expertise in this field and is considered a pioneer of the RCT worldwide. The range of therapies at the Medias Klinikum is expanded by immunotherapy, electrochemotherapy, hyperthermia, and pain therapy. The Medias Klinikum is also active in research and science, teaching and educating surgical oncologists on an international level.
