Meaningful Work offers a group coaching program in which like-minded people support, challenge and inspire each other to find a more meaningful work life. Distinctive in our approach is our critical point of view: quite some work does not contribute much to the bigger picture indeed. We let participants define their own definition of purpose, and provide a set of workshops and intervisions to make pragmatic improvements. Whether it is changing jobs, setting up a side business or remodeling your current job, we aim for tangible improvements to increase work happiness.
