The mission at The Meadows Neighborhood Company is to instill a small town, close-knit community atmosphere while protecting and enhancing the quality, value, desirability, and attractiveness of all properties, for the benefit of all residents of the community. The Meadows is a master planned neighborhood community located 30 minutes from both Denver and Colorado Springs. Along with its convenient location situated between those bustling metropolises, residents, also, get to enjoy small town living. Picturesque is an understatement in Castle Rock with a view of the Rocky Mountains from almost every park, trail, and road in The Meadows, as well as a different view of the "The Rock" from all parts of the neighborhood. The Meadows offers its residents a variety of amenities, including The Grange and Taft pools. The Grange hosts many programs for all ages and our landmark events include EGGstravaganza, Music in The Meadows, July 4th Celebration, PumpkinFest, Food Truck Frenzy, and Holiday in The Meadows to name a few!
