Overview

Monroe County’s APEX Accelerator (formerly Procurement Technical Assistance Center/PTAC) is part of the nationwide Program managed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). As a program hosted by Monroe County, the APEX Accelerator supports the efforts of 11 counties to help area employers retain and grow jobs by developing sales to the military, government, and prime contractors. Regardless of your business size or industry, the PTAC provides a broad spectrum of free and confidential assistance to help businesses succeed in the government arena. Our PTAC covers the 9-county Finger Lakes Region of New York State, and now includes shared coverage of Cayuga and Onondaga counties.
