Masterpiece Group Philippines is a BPO company which provides customer support services such as call center (inbound, outbound), chat support, e-mail support, web monitoring (SNS, website, app, etc.), data entry, and data annotation for AI. We also provide multilingual services utilizing our global network all around the world. Furthermore, we have bilingual staff members who speak Japanese and Chinese, so inquiries or request of quotation, meeting in those languages are always welcome. Our mission is to minimize costs and streamline business processes for our clients. For us, outsourcing is a long-term strategic method of forming a partnership with our clients and we dedicate ourselves to help build such a relationship. We strive to streamline and support operations from behind the scenes. As a technique that has been more commonly practiced nowadays, we want to make sure that before the product and/or service is released to the market, it would have to undergo an analysis phaseーa step necessary to ensure that the various business operations of a client is well organized. We share the objectives of our outsourcing methods with the client; cost management arrangements, costing rules and managing progress are amongst these policies. It is also important that the client reveals the process of their existing operations so that we may lessen errors during the streamlining process. In order for outsourcing to be successful, we must keep in mind that communication is key; an effective working relationship requires disclosure and trust from both sides.
