Our research includes work in the fields of customer engagement, value co-creation, business networks, well-being, financial decision-making, the marketing-finance interface, and wine business. Academics in our discipline are global leaders in contributing to business and research innovation, shaping the practice of research and business, as organisations work with customers to generate mutually beneficial, sustainable outcomes that generate value for society. Research is published in Top Tier journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Psychology, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Service Research and others such as the European Journal of Marketing, Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Consumer Affairs, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and the Journal of Brand Management. Our researchers actively engage in disseminating their findings with our industry partners through industry reports, workshops, and practitioner publications.
