The Massachusetts Association of Patient Account Management (MAPAM) is a statewide organization dedicated to meeting the informational and educational needs of healthcare revenue cycle professionals. MAPAM is a very active organization, with four quarterly meetings and an annual Appreciation Day. We conduct or sponsor educational seminars aimed at staff education on a variety of industry and regulatory topics. Our partnership with AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) gives members access to multiple levels of professional certification.
