our company was founded in March, 1999 with the purpose of building residential and official buildings and complexes and shopping centers, and at first it was called “Ajand siman”. Because the contracts in Iran are usually unfair, we couldn’t take part in Tenders so we decided to close the company. In that period of time our company had some contracts such as: designing some bank branches, finishing “Qolhak” residential complex, Interior designing of “Esteqlal” hotel’s shopping center. We also gave some consultations to ASP company about the contracts of a project which was building a 53-story building called “TEHRAN’s International Tower”. In year 2008, by re-organizing our company,and hiring new staff, we started to work again. We decided to change the name of our company from “Ajand siman” to “Mandegar bana”. After that we have built 2 residential complexes in “Roudehen” city near Tehran. We also we had a contract with ASP company about managing the technical and engineering office in “Be’sat” project which was about building a 574-unit residential complex. After that our company was authorized by the “national engineering organization” to design buildings and supervise projects, as a TOP GRADE company.
