Overview

During 2020, I had to pivot to being home. I utilized that time to train and obtain my 200hr Yogahour teacher certification in an intense immersion online course at Yoga Oasis in Tucson, AZ. Now that it's 2021, I am currently undergoing my 300hr teacher training online. I want to grow my yoga business to help others in the privacy of their own home during this time. I offer zoom yoga classes and private 1:1 sessions, meditation and Pranayama.
