Maine Leadership is a partnership that delivers leadership training. Maine Leadership’s approach is based on current best practices arising from our team’s extensive corporate, government, non-profit, research, and academic experience. The heart of the program is the concept of Leadership, Inside and Out. INSIDE LEADERSHIP encompasses work on self-awareness and visioning that gives you the opportunity to understand where you are as a leader, where you want to go, and what you need to get there. OUTSIDE LEADERSHIP encompasses the ideals of facilitative leadership through work on communication skills, messaging, inclusive practices, and conflict competence. The focus here is to explore what you can do as a leader to influence and inspire others in their leadership journeys.
