Mad K IP Consulting (Pty) Ltd was founded by Dr. Madelein Kleyn in 2018 who after 30 years of international experience as in-house corporate counsel and intellectual property practitioner, patent attorney and mentor followed a dream. Mad K IP offers expert consultants from all parts of the IP Industry, we bring to our clients a versatile consulting base with services that include guidance on creation of innovation, protecting and strategic management of intellectual property, corporate IP training to enhance the value of our client’s business IP and the drafting and negotiating of tactical agreements to facilitate IP and technology based transactions.
