Nuestros aceites provienen de una de las Denominaciones de Origen con mas antigüedad de la Península Ibérica. Nuestra aceituna, está recolectada manualmente, seleccionando los frutos que se hallan en el punto óptimo de maduración, siguiendo una tradición secular, la molturación diaria del fruto y la extracción del aceite a baja temperatura, es la garantía de su muy baja acidez y de su excelente afrutado. Nuestro aceite es el más recomendado para una alimentación sana, siendo uno de los fundamentales de la dieta mediterránea. Our oils come from one of the oldest Designations of Origin in the Iberian Peninsula. Our olives are harvested manually, selecting the fruits that are at their optimum point of ripeness, following a centuries-old tradition. The daily milling of the fruit and the extraction of the oil at low temperature is the guarantee of its very low acidity and excellent fruitiness. Our oil is the most recommended for a healthy diet, being one of the fundamentals of the Mediterranean diet.
