After spending 15 years consolidating our experience in the B2B sector as a major food ingredients supplier for the confectionery & chocolate industries (with Log2go S.A.), we have decided to transform ourselves our selected raw materials & ingredients into various chocolate based retail products, thereby creating the Lux fine brand. The Luxfine range for professional applications combines raw materials and high-quality ingredients, selected by producing partners who work according to Log2Go’s rigorously-defined specifications. Consisting mainly of cocoa ingredients and chocolate in its early beginnings, the range quickly expanded into other ingredient families such as toppings, icing / filling compounds, inclusions, decorations, candied fruits, etc... meeting the varied needs of artisans and industrial customers from the bakery, patisserie, confectionery and ice-cream sectors. In 2016, we have decided to launch the first Lux fine range of retail products : bean-to-bar chocolate tablets and bonbons. Our chocolates are conceived in Luxembourg but produced in the Piemonte region in Northern Italy, well known worldwide for its “slow food”. We offer three tablet ans one bonbons lines : Origins (4 dark chocolates from Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and Madagascar) / Specialties (4 exotic cocoa beans blended with noble european ingredients : italian Amarena cherries, Gianduja del Piemonte, cereal crispies) / Classics (dark, milk, milk & hazelnuts, white chocolates) / Harmony (4 blents of chocolate and hazelnuts in surprizing bonbons)
