The Lovely Banks Development Group is working to bring a vibrant, new address to Greater Geelong. Our group was created by the Lovely Banks Land Owners Consortium, which comprises some of Victoria’s most successful and respected developers. Led by General Manager Greg Bursill, the Lovely Banks Development Group comprises a highly experienced team including internationally acclaimed landscape architecture design firm T.C.L and the highly recognised urban planners RobertsDay to deliver not only the dream of home ownership but also real quality of life. Not having enough housing for Geelong’s soaring population could see many homebuyers priced out of the market. To stop this from happening, this group of experienced, innovative, proactive designers and developers has turned our attention to providing 15,000 homes in the north of Geelong.
