A Couple of Our Goals: To expose USC students to a diverse range of classics, new and old, spanning continents, cultures, languages, and styles. To support the independent and arthouse theaters of Los Angeles who provide filmmakers an invaluable platform to express themselves. To reaffirm a love and appreciation for big-screen film exhibition. To build relationships with filmmakers fighting the modern mainstream, consumer-oriented, corporate Hollywood apparatus that threatens the big screen experience. To inspire the next generation of filmmakers to subvert aesthetic norms and challenge industry standards.
