Overview
At Little Kickers Australia we run football (soccer!) classes for pre-school kids (aged 18 months - 8th birthday). A key aspect of our mission is to enable all pre-school children to gain a fun, positive introduction to sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Over the last 13 years, we have been able to package the world's favourite game into a leading edutainment business that enables boys and girls to learn the fundementals of football blended with the skills appropriate to key stages of learning and development in an environment that fires their imaginations. Our company motto is "Play not Push" - emphasising the importance we place on ensuring the kids have fun at our classes and they learn through playing, rather than our classes acting as a mechanism for parents to pressure their kids into competing. Little Kickers was set up in 2002 and launched in Australia in 2009. The organisation now operates through a network of over 300 franchisees across 6 continents with over 70,000 children participating in our progam every week.
