LGAB provide all Architectural and Interior Design services including initial feasibility studies to ascertain the potential of any project / site, through to outline design and development of the project design. LGAB undertake all aspects / stages of a project including Planning applications, Listed Building applications, Building Warrant applications through to the Tendering and Construction stages where we will provide management and contract administration services throughout the duration of the build to ensure success.
