LIM Lessons is a global learning community and online school using both synchronous (with instructor) and asynchronous (self-guided) activities. We empower learners to become fluent in 80 languages with our one-on-one lessons, group lessons, exchange lessons and social scholarship lessons. We are addressing access inequality by offering both free and paid lessons as well as a bundle of free study tools including: 4,000+ study materials 5,000+ flashcards News feeds to practice reading the news We support tutors by providing them with a Learning Management System to facilitate lesson planning and delivery. We have a custom-built virtual classroom for online lessons as well as location and scheduling support for in-person lessons. Tutors are provided free training, teaching materials, lesson management tools and live support. Our mission is to establish meaningful global connections and to increase cultural understanding and social mobility through language education.
