Since then it has worked on over 3.8 million square feet of development projects and $330 million of improvements including over 5 nonprofit institutions as hospitals and childreen care. During that time Samir has had ownership interest in approximately 900,000 square feet valued at approximately $210 million. The company specializes in complex urban projects involving rental and banking investments.
