With over 50,000 people involved in over 4 years, LIFT is a catalyst for social change in Ireland. LIFT stands for Leading Ireland’s Future Together. Led by a strong experienced Board and over 60 experienced people from across industry and every sector, LIFT is not just paying lip service to better leadership but is helping to create it. Good leadership is important, whether we are at home, in school, at work or involved in community, Government or politics. Our behaviour and actions determine how well we lead.
