LifeTutors is Life Coaching Program for young adults post treatment on the path to independent living. LifeTutors is the next right step for young adults who have experienced interruptions in their life and career path due to mental health conditions and/or substance use issues along with learning or academic challenges. We provide assessment, coaching, therapeutic support, case management and community engagement for young adults who are stepping down from treatment or transitional living into their independent life. Our team guides clients through planning for social, emotional, educational, and personal growth. We provide a nurturing and safe environment for clients to discover their gifts, establish healthy relationships, and take the next right step in their independent life.
