Life Settlement Professionals, Inc (LSPI) specializes in helping seniors (55+) evaluate and, when appropriate, sell life insurance policies to qualified institutional buyers, who pool them, to create investment programs (Somewhat similarly to mutual fund investments.) LSPI works primarily through trusted advisors (eg lawyers, accountants, trust officers, life insurance agents, etc) to first appraise life insurance policies, to see how much settlement (or market) values surpass any policy cash surrender values. After a decision is made to sell a policy, LSPI then acts as an exclusive broker, marketing policies to qualified institutional buyers. LSPI does not fund life settlements, or buy policies, but exclusively represents policy owners, as a broker - fiduciary, with full disclosure. The CEO of LSPI has 26 years of life insurance experience, and helps make sure that any and all settlements are made only after policy owners and advisors are satisfied that a transaction is appropriate for the policy owner.
