We offer bespoke private assessment and therapy to adults, children and families coping with emotional health difficulties. Life can be tough and we can all get caught up in an endless struggle to get rid of our pain. Our aim is to work with you to develop an understanding of your difficulties, how they came about, and how they keep going. We hope to help you learn how to manage your emotional and physical pain so that it does not feel overwhelming and dictate how you live your life. Our therapeutic practice is grounded in a range of clinical experience. We work flexibly and offer both time-limited and longer term therapy. Our therapy is carefully moulded to your needs and preferences and we draw upon and provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions which enables us to address your difficulties as effectively as possible.
