About us: Shameka Collins is a licensed and board-certified clinician who has worked in counseling for over 15 years. She has a dynamic therapeutic style that is tender and unbiased. She has extensive experience providing psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families. Her areas of focus are depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions and stagnation due to unclear direction. Mrs. Collins utilizes person-centered and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) psychotherapy approaches, which both place high value on respect for the client’s authority. CBT connects client’s thoughts and feelings to behaviors and fosters significant outcomes. Isaac Collins is a licensed and board-certified master social worker with over 15 years of experience in individual, couples and family therapy. Mr. Collins' area of clinical focus includes anxiety and depression disorders, adjustment issues, major life transition issues, childhood trauma, relationship issues, and overall social and emotional wellness. Mr. Collins utilizes the cognitive behavioral therapy approach, which places a high value on helping clients understand their thoughts and feelings that influence their behaviors.
