As of 1st September 2022 the professional services of Paul McAlister MRICS are to be offered to existing and new clients under the banner of LEVEL, an RICS Chartered Construction & Property Consultancy. The founding of this new consultancy will initially be on a solo self employed basis, with support from third parties if and when necessary to service client needs. The consultancy will be based out of Berlin but servicing clients both locally and internationally who have real estate or construction interests in Germany. Since 2004 Paul McAlister has gained a wealth of experience providing technical consultancy services to investor, developer and landlord clients. In 2008 Paul qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Paul has worked within industry leading teams in London at both JLL and Land Sec. Since 2017 Paul has been based and settled in Berlin, working on due diligence and project monitoring for Arcadis.
