Leucine Rich Bio Pvt Ltd. (www.leucinerichbio.com) is South Asia’s first microbiome company. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Since its inception in 2014 the company has pioneered the development and standardization of state-of-the-art analytics tools to analyse and interpret complex genomics data. The company has worked with some of the best research institutes from across the world and has utilized its deep knowledge in genomics data analysis to develop South Asia’s first gut microbiome test - Bug Speaks® (www.bugspeaks.com). In-house developed and patent pending matrix driven interpretation engine along with in-house curated databases drive the Bug Speaks®. BugSpeaks is now being exported to Thailand and Philippines as well through channel partners. The company has also launched India’s first Indian gut microbiome data-based nutraceutical brand, RychbiomeTM (www.rychbiome.com). The first product called Rychbiome Indus is a synbiotic for better gut health and immunity. The company intends to bring more customized Indian microbiome data driven supplements addressing various disease or conditions in near future under this brand. Leucine Rich Bio is the proud recipient of the National Startup award 2021 in the “Health and Wellness” sector, constituted by the Government of India. Leucine Rich Bio has been awarded “Frost & Sullivan award” for cloud enabled technology in genomics in the APAC region in 2016 and has also won “Frost & Sullivan award” in 2019 for microbiome diagnostics innovation.
