We are the official, student-run fundraising society of Leeds University Union. Each academic year, we give students amazing experiences and opportunities worldwide to raise money for a variety of charities each year. In 2012/13 we donated over £300,000 to more than 30 charities and causes around the world. Our events include skydives, volunteering projects all over the world (including Uganda, Honduras and Thailand), hitchhikes from Leeds across Europe, fashion shows and so much more. The society is led by a student committee that is elected by the society's members each year. We also fund a full-time coordinator to compensate for the administrative time that the committee are unable to contribute due to their full-time studies. We have over 1,000 members and over 80 event and project managers.
