LeBracs Rubber Lining Private Ltd. commenced manufacturing activities in 1989 at our factory at Pondicherry, India. The factory is spread over 4 acres of land with a covered area of over 30,000 square feet. Over the years the company has successfully executed many projects with customers in the Fertilizer / Chlor-Alkali / Water Treatment and Iron Ore benefaction industries in India and overseas. LeBracs Rubber has over the years been certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 18001:2007 demonstrating the Managements commitment to Quality of product and concern for Environment and Safety. LeBracs Rubber has different formulae for various types of rubber lining, for it's various applications. The Factory area has a large production facility which is integrated for both fabrication and rubber lining. Apart from rubber lining in the factory, LeBracs Rubber also executes 'On Site' lining of equipment which are too large to transport. LeBracs Rubber has a State-of-the-art Extruder machine for the manufacturing of rubber sheets, which is the only one in the country.LeBracs Rubber has the largest Autoclave in the country which can vulcanize equipment of sizes: 5 Mtr X 8 Mtr and 3 Mtr X 12 Mtr long.
