LearnSmart provides modern employee training with a learning process that engages the employee both during the knowledge acquisition period and beyond, when what’s learned is applied. With scaffolding learning model weaved into our system, during the knowledge acquisition period, each employee controls their learning pace and so can learn one new concept at a time, have time to reflect on it, and integrate it into their existing understanding and context before moving on to the next concept. This gives concepts their own room to breathe and get digested thereby leading to optimum learning outcome. And beyond the knowledge acquisition period, we have a Knowledge Application Aid which our clients can use to drive on-the-job application of what their employees learned on LearnSmart. We believe that the value of employee training lies in both the process and the outcome. Hence, it should be efficient, convenient, measurable, and result-oriented.
