Overview

In an institute like IIT Kharagpur with only about 10% female population, it becomes a necessity to push ourselves further into leaning in. The aim of this circle is to build a strong community for girls on campus. The circle meet ups are focussed on personal growth, as well as on solving some of the pertinent issues on campus with respect to girls.
