LeadING name is composed of two words "Leader" and "Ingénieur" which settles up clearly the goals of this club. LeadING mainly works on developing and enhancing the "soft skills "and "Leadership" of future engineers. Due to the importance of soft skills to achieve a successful career, we will provide you with a serial of workshops to improve your skills. To successfully complete this mission we are counting mainly on our members and we encourage them to take the lead and to take the responsibilities by suggesting events and workshops and we will give them all the support required for the event.
