Overview

The Leadership and Performance Dynamics Lab is a research lab in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at the University of Georgia. Our primary areas of interest are selection, development, and evaluation of organizational leaders. We currently specialize in research on trends involving narcissism in leaders, criterion-development, and the changing nature of work.
