Overview

The Law Society is a non-profit student-run body of Department of Law, Aligarh Muslim University Center Murshidabad. It is an educational and representative body with 10 active members. Mr. Tarique Aziz Choudhury is the Secretary and Mr. Mohammad Asif Iqbal and Miss Wania Ali are the Joint Secretary of Law Society. It gives a platform to the students to express their experiences and opinions and organizes programmes like Moot Court Competitions, Legal debate competitions, Quiz Competitios, Judgment writing competitions, etc. It also provides an environment for constructive recreation of the students by organizing fests, reading clubs, etc. The main task of the society is to assist student within the department of law in all the aspects to make them a competent person and we strong believe in communication and creating a supportive environment for overall development of students.
