Latina Leadership Collective is a platform to empower and showcase educated, competent, ambitious and driven Latina professionals from all industries, disciplines, age groups, success levels and political inclinations, bringing forward their contributions to their work and their communities. We are ready to step into leadership positions and increase Latina representation in the private and the public sector. As a certified Executive Leadership Coach and mentor, Ana Larrea-Albert works with professionals and founders who want to reach their highest leadership potential. Mentoring programs such as "Future Latina Leaders" and workshops on personal branding, leadership and networking, prepare high-potential executives, MBAs and high school students for a successful career.
