Ladies and Law was founded by Kat Te'o of GRT Lawyers and Erika Williams of Williams Arbitration after a successful International Women's Day Lunch where a group of like minded ladies who #choosetochallenge got together to make a difference. This not for profit networking group provides an opportunity for ladies to get together and build their network within the legal industry and refer work to one another. We are about building each other up and making a true difference to each others lives and the lives of our up and coming female colleagues in the legal industry. Our Mission Statement: We are committed to supporting, promoting and empowering women in the legal industry to achieve success and reach their full potential. We strive to provide opportunities for women to connect with and support each other in order to close the gap and achieve gender equality in the legal industry.
