Overview

Beginning in 2015, the L.A. County Board of Supervisors has made one of its priorities the promotion of economic development to stimulate job growth in the region and help lift County residents out of poverty. With successful implementation of an economic development program, the County can look to incentivize the growth of small business, build a more dynamic workforce, and provide targeted assistance to those individuals facing the greatest barriers to economic success.
