Overview

French company founded in 1989, La Mandorle was the 1st manufacturer of organic almond milk in France. Our team are very attached to nuts properties and aware of their nutritional potentiel. We developed with the support of the French ministry of research an invention patent fort the production of a plant-based drink using a unique approach in terms of composition, formulation, process, digestive tolerance ad response to nutritional needs. Our company is a pioneer, producing lactose and gluten-free products based on almonds and nuts and offering a wide range of almond milks, breakfast and culinary preparations to cover a variety of consumer requirements.
