LABD is a bureau of business development for companies that want to start and / or speed up their internationalization processes, with a specific focus on their profile and needs of each company, leading and / or supporting all the processes of these activities, from the research for suitable importers and the management of legal and regulatory processes, to the management of in situ business, managing promotion, sale, logistics and compliance processes, with short- and long-term prospects Founded in 2012 by Marcelo Carvalho, began operating with a consulting contract for one of the largest distributors consumables for ICU and Operation Room, in Brazil, located in the São Paulo, covering the review of business strategy and generating important changes in its business model. In the same year, he added a new client, a Pharmaceutical Industry based in the Northeast of Brazil, with the same scope of the project. Focusing on the proposal of strategic recommendations, makes use of tools to evaluate the competitiveness of each business in each country. We are specialists in the healthcare market, covering the entire business process, from the implementation of market approach strategy to oversea commercial management. Our goal is more than selling, but mainly, introducing new business consistently, positioning the brand adding value and building healthy long-term relationships with key stakeholders in each country.
