LA FERME DE LA METAIRIE is a family company specialized in the processing of organic fruits since 1986. Our staple products are fruit jams, sherbets, compotes and sauces. All our products are hand-made and free from food additives - we only use fruits and sugar. The company's production workshop is based in Le Mans, France. We manage a workshop store, and we also exploit some ice cream booths in Paris and Versailles. Our professional customers are organic shops, delicatessen, larger retailers, restaurants, etc. We can also participate to events with our food truck or ours vintage vehicles redesigned as ice cream booths. We are also able to create custom-made products for your events or your customers.
