The companies we work with collect from their employees the professional attire they no longer use. • The association distributes costumes and tailors to support and promote access to employment for people they help. The association picks up these batches of clothing and distributes them to unemployed people who have immediate use for them. Image advisers and recruiters volunteers are involved with their beneficiaries to provide them all the verbal and non-verbal advice that is important to control for job interview. • La Cravate Solidaire Belgium wants to offer comprehensive assistance to people she helps. Volunteers are professional recruiters spend white interviews to candidates. An outfit is provided to them and follow up is organized with the partner associations. The assistance is intended to more and more complete. The association helps candidates to regain confidence in themselves and to have a brighter outlook on life.
