L'Italiana IQF produces pasta in the old Italian traditional and artisan way using only 100% Italian typical organic wheat. Our pasta is made based on the uncompromising selection of its raw materials. The finest Italian wheat from carefully selected pieces of land, from a region characterized by pure spring waters and the winds of the Mediterranean sea. A unique product chosen and recognized by the chefs of the Italian Chef Association for its unique features: - porous, it doubles its while cooking and absorb sauces - bronze die, to retain condiments - unpasteurized and dried under controlled ventilation in static cells at 38° for a minimum of 48hours to preserve pasta's nutritional values - low level of furosine (up to 110mg for 100g protein) - light colour, which is a must have pasta quality index - it releases abundant and creamy starch perfect to amalgamate the dish With the chefs we want to become a point of reference for all industries and distribution that share the absolute quality of Italian tradition and its cultural contamination in the world, to meet the demand of the global consumer.
