KW Consultants began in 2021 and supports many Residential Children’s Homes across the South of England to reflect, improve and evaluate their practice. This is to ensure children have therapeutic and effective environments to re-build their experiences in. The Director, Kay, is a qualified Psychotherapist with many years experience in mental health care and with children in a variety of settings. KW Consultants has a duty to safeguard the young people they come into contact with and has a robust safer recruitment policy in place. Services offered are: • Quality Assurance • Regulation 44 Visits • One to one mentoring • Pre-inspection check list for new homes • Copywriting; proofreading, writing policies, QA on Statement of Purposes • Supervisions for Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, Regulation 44 Visitors • Therapeutic Critical Reflection • Training; PACE, Attachment Theory, Reflective Practice All Consultants have relevant qualifications, skills, training and experience in the sector and have enhanced DBS. KW Consultants are recruiting as the demands for the above increase across all of the UK. As we look to expand we are looking for associate consultants in all areas of the UK. Contracts can be flexible in terms on employment, we consider self-employed consultants and candidates who would like to be employed by the company.
