Business Model 1)Partnering with entrepreneurs with hands-on experience from a dormant industry and a business idea for how to improve it. 2) Providing seed capital to get the new business started. 3) Providing interim management & digital development services and other pooled resources to help refining business plan, start development of digital tools, establish finance & admin processes, recruiting additional founding team members, etc. 4) Help raising additional funding and/or establishing strategic partnerships. 5) Continue providing pooled resources for payment and stay on as shareholder, or exit through trade sale.
