KOA Education Foundation is a registered non-governmental organization born out of communal need to ensure accessibility of every child to Quality Education (SDG 4) as well as sponsoring and providing the learning enablers to gradually illuminate the minds of tomorrow’s leaders. The Foundation was birthed in April 2018 by Kafilat Olanike Olanrewaju Akintomiwa to bridge the gap between the privileged and the less-privileged and to ensure children at all level desire and have access to Quality Education. At KOA we work every day to facilitate access to quality education for every less-privileged learners increase access to quality learning and study materials, reward academic excellence among pupils, and equip pupils for the digital world with qualitative and practical ICT training . OUR OBJECTIVES Sponsor children whose guardians can’t afford to send to school Organize Annual STEM education-focused activities Build Libraries / Mobile Library for easy access to educational materials Impact all 36 states academically including the FCT Provide Guidance and Counselling Services Help improve a child's academic performance through our free tutoring services and educational online tutoring Organize educational outreach in schools and communities Donate relief / back to school kits to children in need Organize Annual book Reading and Spelling competition. Organize Annual Science Project and Mathematics Competition Make sure majority of the Nigerian population (urban/rural, North /East /West /South) have a fair understanding of Quality Education by building and operating standard schools for less-privileged learners Set up offices which will serve as walk-in centres across various points in every Nigerian States to provide free Guidance and Counselling and also to serve as a point of information gathering for Parents.
