Knight Family Lawyers was established by our principal lawyer, Nickita Knight, in 2015. Nickita saw that clients were being overcharged for the delivery of legal services and he embarked on a journey to change this. Our experienced team of lawyers provide advice and representation in family, criminal and business law, and regularly appear for clients in state and federal courts. Our firm is a proud member of the Australasian Legal Practise Management Association, the Law Council of Victoria (Family Law section) and the Law Institute of Victoria. As a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Section 29A Panel, Knight Family Lawyers is also among Victoria Legal Aid’s preferred law firms.
