Overview

Founded in 2003 as Kluge & Partners A/S, later known as KLUGE A/S. Sold in september 2022 to "The Talent Acquisition Company" (This profile is for former employees who worked, together with Jannie and Flemming Kluge) The team at KLUGE consisted of 9 people with deep knowledge and more than 50 years of experience in Headhunting/Search, which made us well-qualified to discuss hiring, trends, and issues within the industry. We had even been a part of the IT industry since 1982 and had followed its history, purchasing, mergers and many of the employees in the industry. We were very privileged to have been allowed to work with so many exciting companies in the following 3 areas: VENDORS sw, CONSULTING digital, and CORPORATE technology area. KLUGE recruited specialists to c-level positions and always thought it was great to have had the opportunity to meet exciting candidates, for example within Sales, Consulting, Product, Development, and Operations. 40% of the assignments was on manager and director level. KLUGE spoke the "IT language” and could challenge the candidates. We had built a large network and database over the years and, therefore, could find the right candidates quickly - we pressended 4 candidates in 4 week. We was known as "The Nordice Search Company" and headhunted in all 4 Nordic contries
