Over 30 years of experience of owning, managing and developing successful businesses in the retail and capital goods sectors, with turnover from £150,000 to £110million, is enhanced by 8 years of coaching business leaders and their teams. I am an accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach, a LIFO accredited practitioner, a NLP master practitioner and use all of those skills and tools to help business leaders and their teams to reach higher levels of success and lower levels of stress.
