Our selection is rigorous, including an in-depth interview and clearance process and a widely-recognised training process. The Kings Factor is an essential part of our formula that over 3 million children have enjoyed. Coaches must have an energetic and outgoing personality, be dedicated to child development and have the ability to inspire children.
