Overview

Kiefer Von Zoe is a disruptive R&D company operating in the fashion sector. Founded in 2007 and based in the Milan area, it is driven by performance and sustainability. The company's core business is footwear, but recently several brand extensions have been developed. Why do we use virgin fibers? The choice is mainly technical, but it also has important environmental aspects. Kiefer Von Zoe® products offer the highest possible performance to date. Virgin fibers offer a clearly superior resistance to recycled ones, allowing our materials to have characteristics that otherwise are unapproachable. In many cases, recycled fibers are used to produce the same type of product from which they are derived, such as packaging and newspapers, but, as these examples show, this is a suitable choice for non- technical products. From an environmental point of view, the most common thinking is that a recycled material impacts less and less than a virgin one as this involves the use of new resources. In reality, in order to make the best and most conscious choice, in one’s own interests and in the interests of our ecosystem, it is good to take into account not only the exploitation of new resources, but also the origin of the virgin material, the treatment of this raw material, the exhaustibility index of the resources used and the chosen recycling process. The following is our best products: NPU Green: Made of 100% pure cellulose, it is completely innovative, ecological, biodegradable and recyclable: it is the best evolution of KPB; KPB: High quality shankboard for best productions. It is made with pure cellulose fibers and so it is completely ecological, recyclable and totally odorless; SQN : Cellulosic of the highest quality for greatest production alternative to the materials traditionally used for the flexible part of the insole. Designed in particular for sharp shapes, and for all those articles that require the thinnest and most elastic insole, just 0.6mm thick.
