Overview

Kidovators is working towards building future human capital through 21st Century Skill programs for K-12 students. 65% of children entering school today will do work that do not even exist today. The most coveted work of 2010 did not even exist in 2004. The human capital need of the world is changing at an accelerated pace due to extensive advent of automation aided by artificial intelligence (4th industrial revolution). World Economic Forum has reported that Complex Problem Solving, Creativity, Critical Thinking to be Top 3 skills needed to thrive in the future. With over 26% of the world’s population comprising of young people below 15 years of age and with the current education not exactly focused on skilling school students for this future, we need to immediately start introducing the right 21st century skills programs for them in order to help them thrive in this 4th industrial revolution. This is where Kidovators is working in and we aim to skill over a million K-12 students in 21st century skills to help them thrive in the future. We have built the world's first creativity & innovation, and critical thinking annual learning programs for school students. We have also created the first olympiads on 21st century skills. Our work has extensive reach across tens of thousands of students across 22 cities in 10 states of India presently.
